About Journey Sales

Meet the company ushering in the future of account-based selling on Salesforce

Founding Story

We founded Journey Sales in 2014 not to create yet another tool that promises “amazing sales success” while failing to ever gain adoption, but to solve for a challenge we see coming that sales teams across the world are on the cusp of encountering. That challenge is that the way in which customers buy is evolving—fast.
Customer engagement used to mean a steady flow of follow-up emails and voicemails. Opportunities that would go quiet were destined for a lonely death in the stalled pipeline. But today’s customer doesn’t need more pressure. They need tailored guidance that aligns with their process. They need a place in which they can self-educate, collaborate, evaluate, ask questions, and build consensus. And they don’t want this engagement to happen in the form of pitches, presentations and follow-ups. They need it to happen digitally, in real-time—just like everything else in their lives.
So we developed Smart Rooms. Built natively in Salesforce, Smart Rooms are digital spaces that give your sales team the ability to curate data-driven digital engagement that your prospects and customers demand.
At the end of the day, Smart Rooms do three things that drive top-line value for your business:
  1. They optimize your pipeline
  2. They make account-based selling on Salesforce truly possible
  3. They arm your channel partners what they need to win the customers you’d want to win yourself
There’s a monumental change happening around how your customer buys. Smart Rooms will let you lead that change instead of chasing it.
